Tracking an Order
How do I track my order?
When you choose to create an account after making a purchase at www.manalive.com, you are able to log-in at your convenience to check your order status. If you have not yet created an account, but wish to track your order, you will be prompted to create your account prior to checking your order status. Choose “Order Inquiry” from the links available at the top of the screen.
You may also contact a Customer Service representative to obtain the status of your order.
Please note that the information available to Man Alive’s Customer Service Representatives is the same information that is available on the web site.
Once we ship the items in your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your UPS tracking number included. You may use this tracking number at www.ups.com to monitor the order in-transit.
