Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Fly Away with TI Back To School Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are 18 years of age or older and located in the U.S. at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of The Finish Line Man Alive, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Site Systems (“Judging Agency”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, licensees and the advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the development and administration of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on 7/30/07 and ends on 9/2/07 (the "Promotion Period").

3. HOW TO ENTER:
a. Online Entry: During the Promotion Period, go to www.manalive.com (“Website”) and click on the link to locate the official entry form. Follow the on-screen directions, complete all required registration fields and submit to enter (“Online Entry”). Entrants must complete all required information.
b. In-Store Entry: Visit a Man Alive store, fill out an entry form and drop it into the designated drop box. Entrants must complete all required information.
LIMIT ONE (1) I ENTRY PER PERSON/E-MAIL ADDRESS REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.

4. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: On or about 10/2/07, the Judging Agency will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period.

5. PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) & ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two to the Radio One Dirty Awards event on 11/26/07 in Atlanta, Georgia. Trip includes round trip coach airfare for two from the major airport nearest the winner’s home, as determined by Sponsor, to Atlanta, Georgia, two tickets to the Radio One Dirty Awards,] 3 day, 2 night hotel accommodations (double occupancy), $1,000 , Atlantic Records & TI Prize Pack (ARV: $2775). Five (5) First Prizes: $200 Man Alive Gift Card, Atlantic Records & TI Prize Pack. (ARV: $275). Ten (10) Second Prizes: Atlantic Records & TI Prize Pack. (ARV: $75). Total ARV of all prizes is $4,900. Additional Conditions for Grand Prize Winner: Grand Prize winner must be able to travel on dates as designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be randomly selected. Dates of trip, location, travel arrangements and accommodations are at Sponsor's sole discretion, and are subject to availability and change. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, additional meals, gas, insurance, tolls, beverages, activities, incidental hotel expenses, taxes and/or gratuities are the sole responsibility of each winner and his/her travel companion. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary, and must comply with all security requirements. If the winner or the winner’s travel companion is a minor in his/her state of residence, he/she must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Winner’s travel companion (or travel companion's parent/legal guardian if travel companion is a minor) must sign and return a liability/publicity release as a condition of travel. Once travel documents are issued, neither travel arrangements nor travel companion may be changed without the approval of Sponsor. If the event is postponed or cancelled after travel is booked, only travel portion of prize will be awarded and no compensation will be given for the event portion of the prize. Actual value of prizes including travel will depend on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Arrangements for delivery of prizes will be performed after winner validation. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS/HOUSEHOLD. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified by email, mail or telephone. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

6. GENERAL RULES: All federal, state and local laws apply. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or failure to return any documents in a timely manner may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. By participating, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability or damages associated with this Promotion or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize received in this Promotion. Promotion Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or administration of the Promotion. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the independent Judging Agency, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, incomplete, non-delivered or postage-due mail; or for printing, distribution or production errors or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or by any human, or other error, which may occur in this Promotion. If, in the Judging Agency's sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, the Judging Agency reserves the right to void suspect entries and/or modify and/or terminate the Promotion and/or conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all known eligible non-suspect entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Promotion or Website or acts in a disruptive manner. This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Indiana located in the county of Marion for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion.

7. WAIVER: By participating in this Promotion, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate.

8. WINNERS’ LIST: To receive a copy of the Winners’ List for this Promotion (available after 10/9/07), mail a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to be received by 10/23/07 to: Winner's List, Fly Away with TI Back To School Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 5442, Culver City, CA, 90231-5442.
